Specific project deliverables, timelines, support terms, licensing, and payment details are defined in a written proposal, quote, invoice, or separate service agreement where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to connect, manage, or publish content for any accounts you authorize through our tools.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and admin access
  • All activity that occurs under your account or authorized user accounts
  • Ensuring connected websites, social accounts, and third-party integrations belong to you or to brands you are authorized to manage
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security concern

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website, plugins, or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Publish spam, misleading content, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful material

5. Client projects, ownership, and licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients own their website content, business accounts, domain names, and project materials after payment and handoff
  • We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, reusable code, internal tools, and pre-existing materials not created solely for a specific client project
  • Third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, fonts, APIs, and hosted platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms

Any transfer of source code, admin access, or deliverables is governed by the applicable project agreement.

6. Third-party platforms and integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and AI service providers.

Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, policies, and developer rules. We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages, API changes, pricing changes, or policy enforcement by third parties
  • Account suspensions, posting failures, or credit limits imposed by social networks or API providers
  • Data handling practices of third-party services outside our control

When you connect a social account or authorize publishing through our tools, you grant us permission to store and use the access credentials and account data needed to provide the requested service.

7. AI-generated content

Some of our services may generate text, images, video, or other media using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for publication without review.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing all AI-assisted content, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

8. Fees, billing, and refunds

Fees for custom development, plugins, subscriptions, support, or other services are described in the applicable quote, invoice, or checkout terms. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Project work may require deposits or milestone payments
  • Recurring services renew according to the billing terms presented at purchase
  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the written agreement governing that purchase

9. No guaranteed outcomes

We work to improve website quality, technical performance, content consistency, automation, and digital systems. However, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, conversions, engagement, posting success on every platform, or the accuracy of AI-generated output.

Digital results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, user behavior, and client participation.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with every third-party system or future platform change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geeks of Cybernet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of our website, services, plugins, or connected third-party platforms.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, unless a different limit is required by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geeks of Cybernet, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of our services, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform rules.
