Data Deletion Instructions

Geeks Of Cybernet / Social by Geeks Inc respects your right to request deletion of personal information and connected social media account data that we maintain through our website and social media management tools.
If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other social media account to our Service, you may request that we delete the data we maintain for that connection.
How to request deletion
- Email info@geeksofcybernet.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Include the email address associated with your Geeks Of Cybernet / Social by Geeks account or inquiry.
- Include your name, business name if applicable, and the social media platform account or page you want removed.
- If available, include the relevant username, page name, profile name, or platform identifier so we can locate the correct connection.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, or other sensitive credentials by email.
What we will delete or disconnect
- Stored connected account records, where applicable.
- Stored access tokens or refresh tokens, where applicable.
- Scheduled content and media associated with the deleted account connection, where applicable and not already published.
- Personal information that we maintain and no longer need for the Service or legal, security, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify the request or locate the data.
Revoking access directly through Meta
You may also revoke app access through the settings of the relevant platform, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Threads. Revoking access may stop future access by our Service, but it may not automatically delete information already stored in our systems. To request deletion of stored information, please email us using the instructions above.
