Deployment review required: these statements describe the included HTML site and enquiry backend, not every independent SaaS product.
Enquiries
The form requests business contact details and the information needed to respond. The optional backend stores submitted enquiries in a private SQLite database outside the public website directory.
Verification
Assessment requests require phone confirmation through a configured SMS verification provider. The service uses the submitted phone for that verification; it is not marketing consent. Verification records expire and are not public.
Delivery and access
Configured webhook services can receive an enquiry for authorized follow-up. Without a configured notification service, the request remains in the private queue for an authorized operator. The browser does not contain API secrets.
Cookies and local preferences
The optional backend issues an essential security session cookie. Billing-display and demonstration choices are held in the current page’s memory and reset when the page is reloaded. No advertising or analytics service is enabled by default.
Retention
The included backend defaults to a 30-day enquiry retention window and automatically removes expired verification and security-session records. The operator must approve the actual retention policy and any downstream retention before launch.

Use the contact form for questions about an enquiry or data handling. Before public deployment, the operator must provide confirmed legal contact details and a reviewed policy for all configured processors.
