Give every product a record
Store the name, description, benefits, links and relevant industries once. Reuse those fields in the directory, homepage cards and related-product sections instead of copying text into multiple layouts.
Use a clear page hierarchy
Start with a substantial overview page. Add pricing, demonstration or specialized pages only when they answer a distinct and useful customer question.
Separate the app from its explanation
The public website explains the product and the demonstration. The actual SaaS application handles accounts, customer data and its operational workflows.
Keep one SEO owner
In the approved WordPress architecture, Geeks SEO owns titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, structured data and XML sitemaps. A future theme should not add competing copies.
Protect existing URLs
Record current destinations before migration. Use an explicit redirect map and verify links after release. An HTML preview is useful for approval but does not replace the WordPress editing implementation.
Source basis: Approved WordPress developer handoff and owner decisions. Product descriptions are subject to current release and connected-service availability.
