Start with equivalent observations

Compare your business and competitors through the same public framework. Owner-authorized customer analytics belong in a separate view; they should not be represented as equivalent private competitor data.

Separate a pixel from a campaign

A tracking pixel shows infrastructure. A visible advertisement supports a different claim: a creative or campaign was observed in a source at a particular time. Neither fact alone reveals the advertiser’s profit.

Follow the visible journey

Where the source permits, inspect the creative, destination, offer and enquiry form. That can reveal a practical conversion experience without inventing spending or campaign performance.

Record what is missing

Use an insufficient-evidence state when the provider does not expose dependable information. Keep collection dates and coverage limits next to estimates and conclusions.

Choose an action

The result should guide a decision: improve a service landing page, simplify an enquiry form or review an unaddressed channel. Keep the proposed response separate from the observation that inspired it.
